Certainly not. This is how I retain my client’s loyalty by making sure my estimates are free, and knowing my prices are the best in the area. I achieve this by being a solo contractor, which means my overheads are low, which I transfer to my prices.

To my senior and veteran customers, I give a 5% discount.
